» Earthcomber doesn't sync My Groups.

I am a new user so I may have misunderstood some directions. I created a new group in my account, I put one set of Lat. Long. cords. into the group and synced my Ipaq 1945 WM 2003 O.S.. And then went to the "My Groups" page on my pocket pc and nothing was there. These cords. are for a geocache in my local area. My 2nd question is what format does the web site use to add cords.? I tried to add the cords. in this format but the web site couldn't find them, N29.12345

The web site finally figured out where the cords. were at but it took a while to figure out. I tried to use different formats and it took several tries. The displayed zero's were 0.000000 when the site couldn't figure out the format that I was trying. Thank you for your help.

Well, I figured out how to get the group to show up on my pocket pc but the cords. are not shown, so there is not a spot marked. The cords. are shown on the web site but they are not being transfered to my pocket pc when I run the updater.

Update about my handheld problem.
O.K. now the spot shows up on my handheld but only when I first open the application after I do something else within the software it won't find the spot again. I'll go to the dashboard and click on "Search for Favorites">"My Groups". The spot will show up but only when I open the software after it has been closed. I have also tried to click on the other 2 links within the software that will take you to the "Favorites" page and the same thing happens, the spot that is saved in the "My Groups" page is not there for some reason the software can't find it. Thank you for your help.
