List open Wi-Fi Hotspots here. Stick to Open/free hotspots, namely legal/municipal networks. Please indicate/include the following information:

- Area Description (Co-ordinates, cross-streets, store-front, etc.)
- Network Name/SSID.
- Encryption & Authentication (Open/WEP/WPA).
- Security/Privacy (MAC filtering?).
- Known SMTP that will send mail for that network (or any reliable open relays).
- Contact information for administrator.

Optionally:

- Best areas to park/sit/walk on to network.
- Signal Strengths (abstract or actual/Netstumbler).
- Link to your netstumbler logs for area.
