Use this group to suggest corrections to any of the locations provided by Earthcomber.

Primarily, we are looking for locations that are out of place on the map, but you might also want to correct serious typographic or factual errors. A few rules to follow:

• You must first join this group before you can submit a correction (a technicality, but important). You may unsubscribe afterwards if you choose.
• To post a correction, click the create location link on the left.
• The Location Name of your post should be the current name of the location in question. This is important -- it's how we're going to find the location in our database.
• If you are correcting the placement of a location, remember that tapping on the map will relocate the location to the tapped point. You can use this mechanism repeatedly to pan the map from some known starting point, if the location is way off.
• If you are correcting a typographic or factual error, please indicate the correction in the Description.
• Only suggest corrections to the main Earthcomber locations. Corrections to Community locations should be handled in the group which created it.
• Corrections suggested for commercial locations will be sent for approval to the proprietor who owns that location. We will not fix commercial locations without approval of the proprietor.

After corrections have been approved, the locations will be removed from this group to keep it uncluttered.
